A little under a year ago I decided to partake in a “10 Days of Creativity” challenge to see if I could create something consistently. I managed to do it and loved every minute of it. So we’re doing it again this year, but we are going to go bigger. Now, instead of 10, we’ll hit 30 days of creativity.
But, of course, I’m going to need your help.
30 Days, Why Do This?
The past two months have been terrible. As you so in my previous blog post, I hadn’t been able to do much. My creativity was lacking. And work kept me going consistently, without a break to enjoy the art that I so loved. I also decided I needed a challenge that was not work related. Something to look forward to when I got home from teaching and designing theatre productions.
But I needed to ease into it. So this month works perfectly, as I finish up my semester and have some vacation time to really focus on fostering my creativity. And it will happen up until New Year’s Eve!
Join Me In Creativity
This is where you come in. Yes, I’m excited about the journey. And yes, I think it’s a fitting challenge for me. But what would make it even better is to have other people join in, even if it’s not every day. If you feel compelled to create something, then do! And if you want to share it as well, I would love to see your work. Either post here in the comments, or better yet, share with other Digital Painter artists on our Facebook Group. Either way, I’d love to see the work you’re creating!
